❄️ Winter Storage Customer Guide

Limington Airport – Seasonal Trailer, Boat, and RV Storage

📅 Storage Season Dates:

  • Drop-Off Window: October 11 – October 19, 2025.  Times will be emailed in Oct 2025.
  • Storage Duration: October 19, 2025 – April 1, 2026
  • Pick-Up Window: April 1 – April 12, 2026.  Times will be emailed inn March 2025.

No mid-season access available — please plan accordingly!

📍 Storage Location:

  • Basic storage units will be stored on the grass surface of Limington-Harmon Airport's closed runway (Runway 11/29)
  • Paved storage will be on closed taxiways.  Backing may be necessary for paved options. 

💵 Pricing & Payment:

  • Payment is due in full at time of reservation
  • No refunds for early removal or no-shows

🧱 Ground Surface & Trailer Requirements:

  • Customers must bring wood blocks, pressure plates, or tire pads to distribute trailer weight and prevent sinking
  • Trailers should be:
    • Clearly marked with your name & phone number
    • Locked and winterized
    • In roadworthy condition with inflated tires

🚫 During the Storage Season:

  • No access to stored items will be available from October 19 to April 1
  • Snow will not be cleared until the spring pull-out window
  • Airport staff may reposition trailers as needed for operations or snow management

✅ Drop-Off Process:

  1. Arrive during the designated drop-off window
  2. Check in with airport staff for your assigned storage area
  3. Place your trailer or equipment and properly secure it
  4. Provide any final contact info or labels, if needed

❗ Pick-Up Reminder:

  • Plan ahead for pickup April 1–12
  • After April 12, a $5/day late fee applies unless other arrangements are made in writing.
  • After April 12, Items may be moved by the airport without warning to facilitate the spring operations of the Aiport. 
  • Items left after April 19th will be towed at owner expense. 

⚠️ Liability & Waiver Notice

All storage at Limington Airport is strictly at the owner's risk.

Limington-Harmon Airport, its ownership, and affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for loss, theft, damage, vandalism, weather-related impact, or any other harm to stored property during the storage period.

All customers will be required to sign a liability waiver at drop-off.
No trailer or equipment may be stored without a signed waiver on file.

By participating in this storage program, you acknowledge that:

  • The storage surface is uncovered, outdoor, and unheated

  • Access to stored property is not permitted during the off-season

  • You are solely responsible for securing and preparing your equipment for winter conditions
